These are the terms and conditions for all sales and purchases through ‘Buttons Boutique Limited’ via our website, internet banking, telephone or mail. By visiting and/or using this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Pricing
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on this site and in any other correspondence. All prices are inclusive of GST. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be given a refund for the unavailable product.
2. Payment Methods
Buttons Boutique Limited accepts Visa and MasterCard payments through our secure DPS payment gateway. We also provide an Account2Account payment option, which is designed to accept online payments via Eftpos, for customers who do not have or choose not to use a credit card. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be given a full refund for the unavailable product.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. You may however return the product once it has been delivered to you. Please see our Returns Policy below for further information on this.
4. Delivery
Buttons Boutique Limited delivers nationwide. We package items for safe delivery to the best of our ability. Delivery time within New Zealand is generally 2-5 working days (rural delivery could take longer) from the time your order leaves our premises via standard New Zealand Post.
Please ensure you have supplied the correct postal delivery address, as we cannot be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. In such instances where an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, the customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend the item.
5. International Orders
If you live outside of New Zealand and would like to purchase any products from our website please contact Buttons Boutique Limited by email at info@buttonsboutique.co.nz for information on delivery times, costs and processes.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with any purchased items from Buttons Boutique, they may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange voucher to purchase any other items from our online store.
Items are returned at the customer’s expense. However we will provide a full refund of the product and postage if the products are deemed faulty. Please note that items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with labels still attached.
