Buttons Boutique Babywear offers 100% satisfaction with all products bought from our online store. All products provide detailed information for materials used and care instructions. All our products are created and crafted with great care and attention to detail. We just know you will love them. All items are carefully checked before shipment. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Buttons Boutique will provide you with an exchange voucher to choose any other gorgeous item from our online store.
All or our prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Buttons Boutique accepts Visa and MasterCard payments through our secure DPS payment gateway. We also provide an Account2Account payment option which is designed to accept online payments via Eftpos, for customers who do not have or choose not to use a credit card. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will be given a full refund for the unavailable product.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping nationwide is a flat fee of $5 for standard postage. However for our smaller knitted booties we offer a reduced rate of $3. For purchases over $50 we provide free shipping to customers. We take great care in delivering your products to you quickly and efficiently. We promise to ship your order to you within 2 working days of receipt. In the event of an item being temporarily unavailable after purchase, we will notify you of the delay immediately and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.
Please note we do not offer a courier service. We use standard NZ shipping at a $5 rate via New Zealand Post. New Zealand Post schedule deliveries Monday through to Saturday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Your order should arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 working days of receiving your receipt. Please make sure you give us your postal address, not business address in the checkout process to ensure it reaches you. If you require fast shipping, please select the Fast Post Shipping option at checkout for $8 as this will mean your package will arrive within 1-2 working days with tracking included.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. You may however return the product once it has been delivered to you. Please see our Returns Policy below for further information on this.
If you are not completely satisfied with purchased items, they may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase so you can receive an exchange voucher to purchase any other items from our online store. Items are returned at the customer’s expense. However we will provide a full refund of the product and postage if products are deemed faulty. Please note that items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with labels still attached.
